最近在办域名转移出国

仔细研究了一下网上的评论，都说在续费60天内，不要转移，以防止域名丢失1年的续费费用。
有些害怕，所以上godaddy看了他们的转移协议，协议中有如下说明：

4. TRANSFERS OF RECENTLY RENEWED DOMAIN NAMES

You understand that if You are transferring a domain name that has been recently renewed, there is the potential the renewal year will be lost. The renewal year will be lost if: (i) the domain name was renewed during the forty-five (45) day grace period after the expiration date had passed; and (ii) forty-five (45) days have not yet passed since that expiration date.

翻译过来，应该是，域名续费的钱如果满足以下2个条件之一，就会丢失：
1，域名是在到期日期后45天（域名宽限期）后续费的。
2，域名是在到期日后45天内续费的。
也就是说，域名到期后才续费的钱，有可能丢失。
